Transliteration

siddhidā sādhakeṃdrāṇāṃ mahāvidyāṃ japaṃti ye | dhīrebhyo brahmacāribhyaḥ satyacittebhya eva ca

Translation

Sie ist die Spenderin der Siddhi für die erhabensten Sādhakas—für jene, die die Mahāvidyā im Japa wiederholen. Sie gewährt sie den Standhaften, den Brahmacārins und wahrlich denen, deren Geist in der Wahrheit verwurzelt ist.
