अपरिच्छिन्नसर्वार्था पुत्रं शापितवत्यहम् । विपरीतार्थबोद्धॄणां सुलभा विपदो यतः

Transliteration

aparicchinnasarvārthā putraṃ śāpitavatyaham | viparītārthaboddhṝṇāṃ sulabhā vipado yataḥ

Translation

O Sohn, weil ich die Wahrheit aller Dinge nicht vollständig erkannte, kam es dazu, dass ich dich verfluchte. Denn denen, die verkehrt oder irrig verstehen, sind Unheile leicht zugänglich.
