ततो मुनिस्तस्य चक्रे जातकर्मादिकाः क्रियाः । पौरोहित्यं तथा भेजे स्कंदस्यैवाज्ञया प्रभुः

tato munistasya cakre jātakarmādikāḥ kriyāḥ | paurohityaṃ tathā bheje skaṃdasyaivājñayā prabhuḥ

Darauf vollzog der Weise für ihn die heiligen Riten, beginnend mit dem Jātakarma, der Geburtszeremonie. Und auf Skandas eigenen Befehl übernahm jener Verehrungswürdige auch das Amt des Priesters (Purohita).
