धूतपापोवाच । जनेतर्यद्यहं देया सुंदराय वराय ते । तदा तस्मै प्रयच्छ त्वं यमहं कथयामि ते
dhūtapāpovāca | janetaryadyahaṃ deyā suṃdarāya varāya te | tadā tasmai prayaccha tvaṃ yamahaṃ kathayāmi te
Dhūtapāpā sprach: „O Vater, wenn du mich einem schönen und vortrefflichen Bräutigam geben willst, so gib mich dem, den ich dir nun nennen werde.“
