Translation

O Herr, dessen Wagen von Garuḍa getragen wird und dessen Heere das All durchdringen; o Träger der Waldgirlande, Höchste Person — o Adhokṣaja, Stütze der Erde; o Padmanābha, der Du auf den kosmischen Wassern ruhst.
