Transliteration

kṛtamāno nṛpatinā sobhyutthānāsanādibhiḥ | vipro vyajijñapadbhūpaṃ pṛṣṭāgamanakāraṇam

Translation

Vom König geehrt durch Aufstehen zur Begrüßung, Darreichen eines Sitzes und andere Höflichkeiten, befragte der Brāhmaṇa darauf den Herrscher, der nach dem Grund seines Kommens gefragt hatte.
