उच्चरेदृग्यजुःसाम्नामृचमेकामपीह यः । गायत्रीमात्रमंत्रोपि स विज्ञेयो द्विजस्त्वया
uccaredṛgyajuḥsāmnāmṛcamekāmapīha yaḥ | gāyatrīmātramaṃtropi sa vijñeyo dvijastvayā
Und wer hier auch nur einen einzigen ṛc aus dem Ṛg-, Yajus- oder Sāman-Veda rezitiert—ja selbst nur das Gāyatrī-Mantra allein—der soll von dir als Dvija erkannt werden.
