मातर्भवानि भवती भवतीव्रदुःखसंभारहारिणि शरण्यमिहास्ति नान्या । धन्यास्त एव भुवनेषु त एव मान्या येषु स्फुरेत्तवशुभः करुणाकटाक्षः

mātarbhavāni bhavatī bhavatīvraduḥkhasaṃbhārahāriṇi śaraṇyamihāsti nānyā | dhanyāsta eva bhuvaneṣu ta eva mānyā yeṣu sphurettavaśubhaḥ karuṇākaṭākṣaḥ

O Mutter Bhavānī — nur Du nimmst die schwere Last tiefen Leidens hinweg. Hier gibt es keine andere Zuflucht als Dich. Wahrhaft gesegnet in den Welten, wahrhaft ehrwürdig sind jene, auf die Dein glückverheißender, mitleidvoller Blick erstrahlt.
