Auch wird Yoga nicht bloß durch den Lotossitz erlangt, noch durch das Fixieren des Blickes auf die Nasenspitze. Nicht durch Reinheitsriten, nicht durch Schweigen, ja nicht einmal durch bloße Mantra-Verehrung allein.
