Transliteration

satvāvalaṃbitaprāṇamāyuḥśeṣeṇarakṣitam | niḥśvāsocchāsapavanavṛttisūcitajīvitam

Translation

Das Leben, getragen vom Lebenshauch, der in innerer Festigkeit ruht, wird nur durch den verbleibenden Anteil der zugemessenen Zeit bewahrt; sein Fortgang zeigt sich allein im Wehen des Windes: Ausatmen und Einatmen.
