praveśo yamadūtānāṃ na kadāciddvijottama | madhye kāśīpurī kvāpi rakṣiṇastatra tadgaṇāḥ

O Bester der Brahmanen: Die Boten Yamas betreten niemals, zu keiner Zeit, das Innere der Stadt Kāśī; denn dort stehen Śivas Scharen (Gaṇas) als Wächter.
