द्विजोऽथ लोकं संवीक्ष्य सर्वतो महसा वृतम् । तौ गणौ प्रत्युवाचेदं कोयं लोको मनोहरः

dvijo'tha lokaṃ saṃvīkṣya sarvato mahasā vṛtam | tau gaṇau pratyuvācedaṃ koyaṃ loko manoharaḥ

Da erblickte der Brāhmaṇa jene Welt, ringsum von Glanz umhüllt, und sprach zu den beiden göttlichen Begleitern: „Was ist dies für ein anmutiges Reich?“
