अतः पुत्रं समीहंते गृहस्थाश्रमवासिनः । पुत्रेण लोकाञ्जयति श्रुतिरेषा सनातनी
ataḥ putraṃ samīhaṃte gṛhasthāśramavāsinaḥ | putreṇa lokāñjayati śrutireṣā sanātanī
Darum wünschen die im Āśrama des Hausvaters Lebenden einen Sohn; denn durch einen Sohn erringt man die Welten—dies ist die ewige Lehre der Śruti.
