Transliteration

haṭhādvā lokabhītyā vā svārthādvā brahmacaryabhāk | saṃkalpayati citte cetkṛtamapyakṛtaṃ tadā

Translation

Nimmt jemand Enthaltsamkeit aus Zwang, aus Furcht vor der Welt oder aus Eigennutz auf, hegt jedoch im Geist weiterhin Begehren, dann wird selbst das äußerlich «Getane» wie ungetan.
