Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) (deduced for Brāhma-khaṇḍa narration)
Tirtha: Rāmanātheśvara
Type: kshetra
Scene: A radiant pilgrim returning from Rāmanātheśvara darśana walks through a village; people who merely see him are washed in a wave of light, with dark smoke-like ‘sins’ dissolving instantly.
Holiness is transmissible: contact with a sanctified pilgrim purifies others, highlighting the power of satsanga.
Rāmeśvaram/Setu, via the Rāmanātha Mahāliṅga.
Darśana—seeing the one who has had darśana of Rāmanātha’s great liṅga.
