अतश्चिकित्साशक्तोऽपि यस्मादकृतभेषजः । अर्धमार्गे निवृत्तस्त्वं तेन तं हतवानसि । शाकल्येनैवमुदितः काश्यपः प्रत्यभाषत
ataścikitsāśakto'pi yasmādakṛtabheṣajaḥ | ardhamārge nivṛttastvaṃ tena taṃ hatavānasi | śākalyenaivamuditaḥ kāśyapaḥ pratyabhāṣata
Darum: Obwohl du zur Heilung fähig warst, hast du, da du das Heilmittel nicht verabreicht und auf halbem Wege umgekehrt bist, ihn dadurch getötet. So von Śākalya angesprochen, erwiderte Kāśyapa.
