Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 9

तं दृष्ट्वा देवताः सर्वाः पुत्रीगमनसादरम् । करोत्यकार्यं ब्रह्मायं पुत्रीगमनलक्षणम्

taṃ dṛṣṭvā devatāḥ sarvāḥ putrīgamanasādaram | karotyakāryaṃ brahmāyaṃ putrīgamanalakṣaṇam

Als alle Götter sahen, wie eifrig er seiner Tochter nachging, sprachen sie: „Dieser Brahmā tut, was nicht getan werden darf—gekennzeichnet durch das Nachgehen der eigenen Tochter.“
