Transliteration

svacakraṃ preṣayāmāsa bhaktarakṣaṇakāraṇāt | preritaṃ viṣṇucakraṃ tadviṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā

Translation

Um seinen Bhakta zu schützen, entsandte er sein eigenes Diskus. Jenem Viṣṇu-Diskus gab Viṣṇu selbst, der allmächtige Herr, den Anstoß.
