Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 64

दुष्पण्यस्याथ दुष्कृत्यं बन्धुभ्यस्ते न्यवेदयन् । ततो विदितवृत्तांता राजानं प्राप्य नागराः

duṣpaṇyasyātha duṣkṛtyaṃ bandhubhyaste nyavedayan | tato viditavṛttāṃtā rājānaṃ prāpya nāgarāḥ

Daraufhin berichteten sie ihren Verwandten von der bösen Tat Duṣpaṇyas. Danach gingen die Bürger, nun über den ganzen Hergang unterrichtet, zum König.
