Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 74

सोपानत्को नोपविशेन्न जलं चोत्थितः पिबेत् । सर्व्वमम्लमयं नाद्यादारोग्यस्याभिलाषुकः

sopānatko nopaviśenna jalaṃ cotthitaḥ pibet | sarvvamamlamayaṃ nādyādārogyasyābhilāṣukaḥ

Man soll sich nicht hinsetzen, während man Schuhwerk trägt, und man soll kein Wasser im Stehen trinken. Wer Gesundheit begehrt, soll keine Speisen zu sich nehmen, die ganz von saurer Natur sind.
