Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 83

कृत्वा वै पातयंत्याशु नरकं नृपसत्तम । मोहनं सर्वभूतानां नारी चैवं विनिर्मिता

kṛtvā vai pātayaṃtyāśu narakaṃ nṛpasattama | mohanaṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ nārī caivaṃ vinirmitā

So werfen sie ihn eilends in die Hölle, o Bester der Könige. Auf diese Weise wurde die Frau gestaltet als eine Verzauberung für alle Wesen.
