धीराणामवने शक्ता नान्या सुभ्रु त्वया विना । वर्द्धनी च तथेत्युक्त्वा गता यत्र स धर्मराट्
dhīrāṇāmavane śaktā nānyā subhru tvayā vinā | varddhanī ca tathetyuktvā gatā yatra sa dharmarāṭ
„Kein anderer vermag die Standhaften zu bezwingen, o Schönbrauige, außer dir.“ So angesprochen erwiderte Varddhanī: „So sei es“, und ging dorthin, wo jener Herrscher der Dharma, Dharmarāja (Yama), weilte.
