सर्वकार्याणि संत्यज्य मानवैः पुण्यमीप्सुभिः । प्राप्ते भाद्रपदे मासे गंतव्या लोहयिष्टका । अज्ञातगोत्रनाम्ना तु पिंड मंत्रमिमं शृणु

Transliteration

sarvakāryāṇi saṃtyajya mānavaiḥ puṇyamīpsubhiḥ | prāpte bhādrapade māse gaṃtavyā lohayiṣṭakā | ajñātagotranāmnā tu piṃḍa maṃtramimaṃ śṛṇu

Translation

Menschen, die Verdienst erstreben, sollen alle anderen Pflichten beiseitelegen. Wenn der Monat Bhādrapada eintritt, soll man nach Lohayiṣṭakā gehen. Und nun höre dieses Piṇḍa-Mantra für den, dessen Gotra und Name unbekannt sind.
