Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 39

तैः सर्वेरर्चिता माता चंदनाद्येन तोषिता । स्तुतिमारेभिरे तत्र वाङ्मनःकायकर्मभिः । एकचित्तेन भावेन ब्रह्मपुत्र्याः पुरः स्थिताः

taiḥ sarverarcitā mātā caṃdanādyena toṣitā | stutimārebhire tatra vāṅmanaḥkāyakarmabhiḥ | ekacittena bhāvena brahmaputryāḥ puraḥ sthitāḥ

Von allen verehrt, wurde die Mutter durch Sandelholz und andere Gaben erfreut. Dort begannen sie Lobeshymnen mit Wort, Geist und leiblichen Taten, einmütig und in Hingabe, vor der Tochter Brahmās stehend.
