nāmoccāraṇamātreṇa japtvā maṃtramajāmilaḥ | paścāttāpasamāyuktastvavāpa paramāṃ gatim

Durch das bloße Aussprechen des heiligen Namens ‘rezitierte’ Ajāmila das Mantra; und danach, von Reue erfüllt, erlangte er den höchsten Zustand.
