Transliteration

ekadā mṛgayākelilolupaḥ sa mahīpatiḥ | viveśa gahvaraṃ ghoraṃ balena mahatāvṛtaḥ

Translation

Einst trat jener König, gierig nach dem Spiel der Jagd, in eine schaurige, höhlenartige Waldtiefe ein, umgeben von einem großen Heer.
