Transliteration

bālaveṣāṃ ca tanvaṃgīṃ bālaśītāṃśuśekharām | pāśāṃkuśavarābhītiṃ bibhratīṃ ca caturbhujām

Translation

Und die Göttin — jugendlich an Gestalt, schlankgliedrig, mit der zarten Mondsichel gekrönt — vierarmig, die Schlinge und den Haken tragend, und die Zeichen des Segens und der Furchtlosigkeit darbietend.
