nūnamasya bhavenmātā sā gaurīti śivaḥ pitā | akṣauhiṇīnāṃ navakaṃ jigāyānaṃtaśaktidhṛk

«Gewiss ist seine Mutter Gaurī und sein Vater Śiva; denn, von grenzenloser Macht getragen, hat er neun Akṣauhiṇīs an Heeren besiegt.»
