Listener: Pilgrimage audience
Scene: Brahmā, anxious yet composed, addresses Kṛṣṇa/Janārdana in his abode; behind him devas gather, conveying collective fear of Tālamegha.
When adharma becomes uncontainable, the cosmic guardians themselves rely on the Supreme for restoration of order.
The broader setting is Revā Khaṇḍa connected to the sanctity of the Narmadā corridor; this verse itself does not name a tīrtha.
None; the verse is a petition and narrative statement.
