श्रीहनुमानुवाच । ब्रह्मरक्षोवधाज्जाता मम हत्या महेश्वर । न पापोऽहं भवेदेव युष्मत्सम्भाषणे क्षणात्
śrīhanumānuvāca | brahmarakṣovadhājjātā mama hatyā maheśvara | na pāpo'haṃ bhavedeva yuṣmatsambhāṣaṇe kṣaṇāt
Śrī Hanūmān sprach: „O Maheśvara, durch die Tötung eines Brahmarākṣasa ist für mich die Sünde des Tötens entstanden. O Herr, möge ich nicht sündig bleiben—auch nicht einen Augenblick—nachdem ich mit Dir gesprochen habe.“
