श्राद्धं कृत्वा यथान्यायमनिन्द्यान् भोजयेद्द्विजान् । पितरस्तस्य तृप्यन्ति द्वादशाब्दान्यसंशयम्

Transliteration

śrāddhaṃ kṛtvā yathānyāyamanindyān bhojayeddvijān | pitarastasya tṛpyanti dvādaśābdānyasaṃśayam

Translation

Nachdem man das Śrāddha nach rechter Vorschrift vollzogen hat, soll man tadellose, würdige zweimalgeborene Brāhmaṇen speisen. Ohne Zweifel sind seine Ahnen zwölf Jahre lang zufrieden.
