Deva (the manifest deity speaking in cosmic terms)

Listener: Muni / ascetic pilgrim

Scene: A single deity-form seamlessly transitions into blazing sun-heat and monsoon rain: one side radiant with flames, the other pouring rainclouds; below, fields, rivers, and beings thrive, showing the deity as the cycle itself.

FAQs

To ‘see’ rightly is to recognize the Lord as the power behind nature and to transcend fear of death through that realization.

The verse sits within the Revā (Narmadā) Māhātmya narrative stream of the Skanda Purāṇa.

No direct ritual is prescribed; the focus is contemplative insight into the Lord’s governance of rain and heat.
