Transliteration

evamukto'tha devena sa vaṇiglobhamohitaḥ | yojayāmāsa balakā liṅge cottamamadhyamān

Translation

So vom Gott angesprochen, machte sich der Kaufmann—von Gier betört—daran, die Balākā-Vögel auf dem Liṅga zu platzieren und sie an den besten und mittleren Stellen anzuordnen.
