पानीयस्य कथा नास्ति न छाया नाश्रमः क्वचित् । अन्नं पानीयसहितं यावत्तद्दीयते विषम्

pānīyasya kathā nāsti na chāyā nāśramaḥ kvacit | annaṃ pānīyasahitaṃ yāvattaddīyate viṣam

Dort gibt es nicht einmal die Rede von Trinkwasser; nirgends gibt es Schatten oder eine Ruhestätte. Und jede Speise und jedes Wasser, das man dort reicht, ist nichts als Gift.
