Type: kshetra
Listener: a king (nṛpa)
Scene: Mārkaṇḍeya narrates: after pure-hearted praise free of rāga-dveṣa, the Lord speaks to the king, revealing Nārāyaṇa’s presence within all beings.
True worship culminates in inner purity and the realization that Nārāyaṇa dwells within all beings.
The teaching is framed within Revā Khaṇḍa’s pilgrimage theology, but the verse itself is doctrinal rather than site-specific.
Worship through stuti (hymns) is indicated; the verse emphasizes freedom from rāga and dveṣa as the inner discipline.
