Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 14

श्रुत्वा तां मधुरां वाणीं स्वयं देवेन निर्मिताम् । संभ्रान्ता ब्राह्मणाः सर्वे स्नातुं ये तत्र चागताः

śrutvā tāṃ madhurāṃ vāṇīṃ svayaṃ devena nirmitām | saṃbhrāntā brāhmaṇāḥ sarve snātuṃ ye tatra cāgatāḥ

Als sie jene süße Stimme vernahmen, vom Gott selbst hervorgebracht, gerieten alle Brahmanen, die zum Baden dorthin gekommen waren, in Staunen und Erregung.
