Transliteration

jvālāmālākulaṃ kṛtvā jagatsarvaṃ cidāmakam | mahārūpadharo rudro vyatiṣṭhata maheśvaraḥ

Translation

Nachdem er das ganze Universum mit Flammengirlanden erfüllt und die gesamte Welt zu glühender Asche gemacht hatte, trat Rudra—von gewaltiger, furchterregender Gestalt—als Maheśvara hervor.
