ऋषिमध्यगतो देवि तपस्तपति दुष्करम् । सोऽपि रुद्रत्वमायाति सम्प्राप्ते भूतविप्लवे

ṛṣimadhyagato devi tapastapati duṣkaram | so'pi rudratvamāyāti samprāpte bhūtaviplave

O Devī, inmitten der ṛṣis verweilend, übt er strenge und schwer zu vollbringende Tapas. Und wenn die Erschütterung der Wesen eintritt, nimmt auch er den Zustand Rudras an.
