Liṅga–Bera Pūjā: Nitya-Arcana and Upacāras as an Accessible Sādhana (लिङ्गबेरपूजा-विधानम्)
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Umāpati
Significance: Affirms nitya-pūjā as a direct means to Śiva’s grace; supports both temple and home worship through liṅga and consecrated icon.
Offering: pushpa
It teaches that devotion must be expressed through complete, disciplined daily worship—honoring Śiva with a beginning-to-end ritual that trains the mind in steadiness and reverence, supporting purification and grace (anugraha).
It affirms Śiva’s worship in accessible, saguna forms—both the Liṅga and the consecrated icon—showing that the Lord is approached through established ritual presence while the devotee’s bhakti matures toward deeper realization.
Perform a complete daily Śiva-pūjā sequence—āvāhana through visarjana—paired with focused bhakti; this is naturally supported by japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) during worship.
