शिवस्य परापरब्रह्मस्वरूपनिर्णयः / Determination of Śiva as Higher and Lower Brahman
एवं विकल्प्यमानं तु याथात्म्यं परमेष्ठिनः । नाध्यवस्यंति मुनयो नानाप्रत्ययकारणात्
evaṃ vikalpyamānaṃ tu yāthātmyaṃ parameṣṭhinaḥ | nādhyavasyaṃti munayo nānāpratyayakāraṇāt
So wird, während das wahre Wesen des Parameṣṭhin (des höchsten Herrn) auf vielfältige Weise vermutet wird, von den Weisen keine endgültige Feststellung erreicht — weil verschiedene Vorstellungen und unterschiedliche Glaubensgründe zur Ursache ihrer Ungewissheit werden.
