अवभृथस्नान-तीर्थयात्रा-तेजोदर्शनम् | Avabhṛtha Bath, Tīrtha-Pilgrimage, and the Vision of Divine Radiance
शद्धां बुद्धिं ततस्तेषां सांबे सानुचरे शिवे । समाप्तिं चापि सत्रस्य दीर्घपूर्वस्य सत्रिणाम्
śaddhāṃ buddhiṃ tatasteṣāṃ sāṃbe sānucare śive | samāptiṃ cāpi satrasya dīrghapūrvasya satriṇām
Dann wurden sie durch Hingabe und klare Einsicht fest in Śiva gegründet—zusammen mit Ambā (Pārvatī) und Seinen Gefährten—; und so fand auch die lange währende Opfer-Sitzung (satra) jener Opfernden ihren rechten Abschluss.

Significance: Śraddhā and buddhi culminating in niṣṭhā in Śiva-with-Śakti models Siddhānta’s path: purification of mala through devotion and right understanding, leading to grace (anugraha).

It teaches that ritual effort becomes spiritually fruitful when grounded in śraddhā (devotional trust) and buddhi (right discernment), culminating in establishment in Pati (Śiva), the liberating Lord in Shaiva Siddhanta.
By portraying Śiva with Ambā and His attendants, the verse emphasizes Saguna worship—approaching the Lord in a gracious, accessible form—through which rites and vows (including Linga worship) reach completion and confer grace.
Unite outer worship (yajna, pūjā) with inner steadiness: cultivate śraddhā and buddhi, and perform Shiva-upāsanā such as japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with focused intention for successful completion of vows.
