ध्यानप्रकारनिर्णयः / Determination of the Modes of Meditation

on Śrīkaṇṭha-Śiva

तेन निर्विषया बुद्धिः केवलेह प्रवर्तते । तस्मात्सविषयं ध्यानं बालार्ककिरणाश्रयम्

tena nirviṣayā buddhiḥ kevaleha pravartate | tasmātsaviṣayaṃ dhyānaṃ bālārkakiraṇāśrayam

Durch jene feine Übung wird der Intellekt von den Objekten frei und wirkt schon hier allein in reiner Gewahrheit. Darum soll man gegenstandsbezogene Meditation üben, gestützt auf etwas Wahrnehmbares—wie auf die Strahlen der eben aufgegangenen Sonne.
