Darin liegt keine Schuld bei dir. Du bist durch Meine Māyā getäuscht worden. Durch Meine Gnade wird diese Verblendung bald von dir weichen.
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pasha
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Role: liberating
The verse teaches that bondage is primarily भ्रम (delusion) produced by Māyā (pāśa), and liberation begins when Shiva, the Pati, bestows anugraha (grace) that dissolves that delusion—so the seeker should turn from self-blame to surrender and clarity.
In Saguna worship—especially Linga-upāsanā—the devotee approaches Shiva as the compassionate Lord who actively grants prasāda. The verse supports the devotional understanding that right worship, repentance, and surrender invite Shiva’s grace, which removes mental confusion and restores true knowledge.
The practical takeaway is grace-oriented sādhanā: steady japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with a prayer for clarity, and simple purification practices like Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrāksha as reminders to overcome Māyā and abide in Shiva’s guidance.
