It presents the ideal of Śiva-bhakti: the highest divine feminine (Rudrāṇī) is described as nitya-śivārcanaratā—constantly absorbed in Śiva’s worship—showing that devotion and reverence to Pati (Śiva) is a direct purifier and a model for seekers.
By praising continual Śiva-arcana, the verse supports saguna-upāsanā—regular worship of Śiva in approachable form, commonly through Śiva-liṅga pūjā—while implying that steadfast devotion to the manifest Lord leads the devotee toward realization of Śiva’s supreme nature.
The takeaway is daily Śiva-arcana: simple liṅga worship with mantra-japa (especially the Pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), supported by traditional aids like bhasma (tripuṇḍra) and rudrākṣa where appropriate.
