Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It points to turīya—the transcendent state beyond waking, dream, and deep sleep—as a Shaiva contemplative focus, teaching that Śiva’s mantra-power (kalā) is realized fully when worship is united with Śakti.
It frames mantra-upāsanā as an integral limb of Linga/Saguna worship: the Lord is approached through a sanctified direction and ritual order, while the inner aim is turīya—Śiva’s supreme reality—accessed through Śiva-Śakti unity.
Perform mantra-worship of a Śiva bīja with conscious inclusion of Śakti (devī-bhāva), orienting the pūjā/meditation to the northern quarter, and contemplating turīya as the goal of japa and dhyāna.
