Dieser Mensch nimmt wahrlich immerdar Zuflucht allein bei Dir. Darum, o Herr, sei ihm aus Mitgefühl gnädig und gewähre ihm in Fülle, worum er gebetet hat.

It highlights śaraṇāgati—exclusive refuge in Shiva (Pati)—as the basis for anugraha (divine grace), by which the devotee’s sincere prayer is fulfilled and the path to liberation is supported.
Taking refuge in Shiva ‘alone’ is commonly expressed through Saguna worship—especially Linga-upāsanā—where prayer, devotion, and dependence on Shiva’s compassion become the living form of surrender.
A clear takeaway is heartfelt prayer with single-minded devotion—supported by daily japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and simple Linga worship (water/abhisheka) as an expression of surrender.
