शिवसंस्कार-दीक्षानिरूपणम् (Śivasaṃskāra and the Typology of Dīkṣā)
श्रेयोर्थी चेन्नरो धीमान्न मिथ्याचारमाचरेत् । गुरोर्हितं प्रियं कुर्यादादिष्टो वा न वा सदा
śreyorthī cennaro dhīmānna mithyācāramācaret | gurorhitaṃ priyaṃ kuryādādiṣṭo vā na vā sadā
Wenn ein Weiser das höchste Heil erstrebt, soll er kein falsches oder heuchlerisches Verhalten annehmen. Er soll stets tun, was dem Guru nützt und ihm lieb ist — ob ausdrücklich geboten oder nicht.
