उपमन्युतपः-निवारणप्रसङ्गः / Śiva restrains Upamanyu’s tapas (Śiva disguised as Indra)
श्रुत्वा तेषां तदा वाक्यं भगवान्पुरुषोत्तमः । किमिदन्त्विति संचिन्त्य ज्ञात्वा तत्कारणं च सः
śrutvā teṣāṃ tadā vākyaṃ bhagavānpuruṣottamaḥ | kimidantviti saṃcintya jñātvā tatkāraṇaṃ ca saḥ
Als der selige Herr — Puruṣottama, die höchste Person — damals ihre Worte vernahm, sann er nach: „Was ist dies in Wahrheit?“ und erkannte daraufhin die Ursache dahinter.
