देवस्तुतिः (Devastuti) — Hymn/Praise of the Devas
सर्वे देवादयो नाथ श्रेष्ठत्वेन विभूतयः । देवानामिन्द्ररूपोऽसि ग्रहाणां त्वं रविर्मतः
sarve devādayo nātha śreṣṭhatvena vibhūtayaḥ | devānāmindrarūpo'si grahāṇāṃ tvaṃ ravirmataḥ
O Herr, alle Götter und alles Übrige sind nur Deine vibhūti, Deine manifesten Kräfte in ihrer Erhabenheit. Unter den Devas giltst Du als Gestalt Indras, und unter den Planeten wirst Du als die Sonne erkannt.

It teaches that the excellences seen in cosmic rulers (like Indra and the Sun) are Shiva’s vibhūtis—dependent powers—while Shiva remains the supreme Pati, the ultimate source and governor of all divine functions.
