दक्षयज्ञोत्तरवृत्तान्तः

Post–Dakṣa-Yajña Developments and the Appeal to Viṣṇu

तदाकर्ण्य ततोहं वै पुत्रशोकेन पीडितः । अचिन्तयमतिव्यग्रो दूयमानेन चेतसा

tadākarṇya tatohaṃ vai putraśokena pīḍitaḥ | acintayamativyagro dūyamānena cetasā

Als ich dies hörte, wurde ich wahrlich vom Kummer um meinen Sohn bedrängt. Mit einem vor Schmerz brennenden Geist und in großer Unruhe begann ich zu erwägen, was zu tun sei.
